This immersive 3-day training is designed for those who wish to learn how to work with Tibetan singing bowls in a therapeutic and professional way, with a strong focus on individual treatments, supported by meditative sound journeys.

The main emphasis of the weekend is on hands-on therapeutic work—learning how to use singing bowls directly on and around the body to support relaxation, release, and energetic balance. Alongside this, you will also explore how to use singing bowls for short meditations and group integration, creating a well-rounded and practical skillset.

Through hands-on practice, clear structure, and guided exploration, you will gain confidence in offering both 1:1 treatments and small group experiences, understanding how sound and vibration influence the body, mind, and emotions.
