Dear beautiful soul,
On this November evening, we invite you to step out of the noise of daily life and into a space of warmth, presence, and deep listening.
We will begin by gathering in circle, sharing a cup of ceremonial cacao — a rich, warm, heart-opening drink that has been used for centuries to connect more deeply with ourselves and with each other. As we sip slowly, the cacao will gently guide us into stillness, softening any edges and opening the door to the journey ahead.
From there, you will be carried on waves of sound — the deep, resonant gongs, delicate chimes, grounding drums, and shimmering singing bowls. These vibrations will flow through your body, helping to release tension, quiet the mind, and invite a sense of wholeness back into your being.
