Start your Sunday morning surrounded by the sea, sound and the beauty of Amager Strand.

We'll meet at Sneglen, the beautiful wooden platform on the waterfront, for a beautiful Gong Bath. Together, we'll immerse ourselves in the healing vibrations of the gongs and other therapeutic instruments, allowing sound, water, fresh air and the morning light to gently guide the body and mind back into balance.

This is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself. Let the elements support your nervous system, awaken your inner healer and create space for clarity, presence and renewal.

After the Gong Bath, everyone is warmly invited to join for a morning dip in the sea, followed by a simple breakfast together.

I'll bring fresh bread, butter and cheese. Bring your favourite coffee or tea, and let's enjoy a beautiful Sunday morning together.
