To get deep healing, enlightening and a recharging effect we always recommend 10 Gong Bath sessions, but with a full Gong Night you get them all once - along with a wonderful feeling of community and connectedness – that’s the magic of Gong Nights.
Gong Night is celebration for all of us. Where we come with our beloved ones, we create space for healing and we "vibrate" in the harmonized vibration for all night. Please take your kids, if you feel like. It's really good for them.
This wonderful Gong Night will take you through a soft and comforting night from 11th December in the evening till 12th in the morning. You will sleep like a baby and wake up grounded and connected.
All are welcome! No prior experience necessary.
9:00 – 9:30 pm. – Arrival: prepare your space, drink a cup of tea, meet new people and settle in
9.30 – 9.45 pm – Introduction
9.45 – 11:00 pm – Gong Bath, concert.
11:00 – 6:00 am – Lullaby of the Gongs (7 hours of nonstop gentle gong sound for the complete process of relaxation, recharging, renewal and cleanse)
6:00 – 6:45 am – Awakening Gong bath
7:00 am – Good Bye
During the Gong Baths you will explore heavenly sounds of Himalayan / Tibetan singing bowls, cosmic songs of the gong, the beauty of various flute sounds, kalimba, Koshi Bells and other instruments, while resting comfortably on your mat and experiencing the power of sound.
Through the Gong night you may fall asleep, meditate, listen in silence or just be in this beautiful moment.
How to prepare for the night:
Wear comfortable clothes, warm socks. Comfort, warmth and feeling safe are important during this event. So bring everything you need - yoga mat, blanket, sleeping bag or mattress.
Some tea and snacks will be served in the chill zone.
Event will be led by Aiste Venskune, Vita de Lux and team.
