We are offering an evening of Lightcircle meditations together with live Gong and Sound healing. Our main idea is to make guided healing meditations and energy work, and to support our experiences by live sound vibrations of gongs, singing bowls and other native instruments.

Energy flows where your intension goes

During this darkest season of the year we can gather to bring the light into our consciousness and realities. We can uplift ourselves. Our inner reality reflects into the outer reality, and we become masters of our life journeys and our own ascension paths, just as choose where to focus our energies. We can put our intension as we wish to, and your energy will create your reality. Simply we can work our Lights.

Oneness is our true nature

When we choose to meet and gather, the energies in the room will go very high, and as will come also even higher experiences of Love and Light. Through meditative exercises we will reach into high frequencies and dimensions of energies that we invite into our own light bodies and energetic systems. We connect with our own spirituality, and all supporting energies, and individually and collectively we will be able to feel deep inner peace and to receive deep healing.

Regardless of whether you are new to energy work, or an experienced practitioner – you are welcome to join. Bring an intension of Peace, Love and Healing for yourself. And you may enjoy this to wonderful Live Gong bath as a Creator of your own Universe.

Program

We are still open to receive instructions from our spiritual guides regarding this event, however certain parts of the program is set.

We will start with gathering the Lightcircle and to have a smaller welcome with some simple instructions on meditation and energy practice. There will be room for any questions you may have. We will also give you opportunity to tune into your intension of tonight.

Our main part of the event is formed by three guided meditations, which is accompanied by music and sound therapy from various instruments.

Towards our ending we will make a sharing, where that those who feel like, can share their experiences and spiritual journey. There will be snacks with tea and water.

Aiste Venskune “My vibes speak louder than my words”

Aiste Venskune will bring the vibrations through her Gongs and Singing Bowls and will play for the entire meditation session. Aiste is a Lithuanian psychologist, Gong Master, Reiki teacher and coach. She leads Reiki and sound healing events, and teaches meditation techniques and breathing exercises. Today Aiste holds Vita de Lux www.vitadelux.dk

Mads Lundgård “I am the loving energy of the Universe”

Mads will guide the three main meditations and as well facilitate us through tonight. Mads is a creator of spiritual events and healing experiences. Today Mads holds Uni Mani www.uni-mani.dk
